Do you build on basements?
YES! Our basements are 9' poured walls with a drain tile around the perimeter, interior and exterior. We also use Tuff -n- Dry, a water protectant sealer.

Do you build outside Tippecanoe Co.?
Yes, we build in Benton, Carroll, Clinton, Fountain, White and Montgomery, Boone, and Warren.

Can you make changes to your plans?
Yes we have our own draftsman in house to help you customize any plan.

Will you let us (homeowner) do some of our own work?
YES! You can receive a credit for interior painting if you choose to do your own painting.

Will you build a plan that we found in a plan book?
Absolutely! We will help you design the home of your dreams.

Will you purchase the building site and carry the construction loan?
Yes, you will not have to worry about 2 separate loans.

What about down payment? How much do we need up front?
All you need it $1000 to get started....... We have a payment plan that will work for YOU!!!!!!

Does your home come with appliances?
Yes! Whirlpool, refrigerator, electric range and dishwasher.

What about color selections?
We have are own color selection office to help you select your brick, siding, carpet, countertops, cabinets etc.

Will we receive a copy of our blueprints!
Absolutely! we will set down with you and your construction supt. and review your plans in detail! This is a great time to meet your superintant and review the plans along with our construction schedule.

How long does it take to build a home?
Usually 90 to 120 days. A home on a basement approx. 120 to 150 days.
